Perez Hilton is a celebrity blogger that is the self-proclaimed “Queen of All Media.” In the past, Hilton was a bit overweight. Hilton began to walk for about 30 to 40 minutes a few times per week. His exercising habits eventually increased to include other forms of gym training, which has paid off.
He lost over 60 pounds and now appears to be fit and healthy. Hilton has even started a new website that focuses on the eating habits and fitness of celebrities. In just a few short years, Hilton completely transformed his image and plans on keeping his look as that of one who is healthy and in shape.
