While you may be keen to get that bigger, stronger back, you can’t rush the process. You should plan to complete a full back workout one or two days a week. Why? Simple, your muscles grow during periods of rest. Because of that, you will need a minimum of one or two days rest between your workouts for optimum results. Remember: You’re training heavy so that means your muscles are being punished with each workout. If you don’t let them rest, they won’t grow.
