Stand with a barbell on the floor in front of you with the bar over your toes. Bend with your knees and place your hands outside your knees using an alternating grip to grasp the bar. Keep your back and head straight, and stand up. As you lift the bar, keep it close to your body. Slowly bring the bar back down. Use the heaviest weight possible to complete three sets of three reps. Rest between sets for 60 seconds.
