#2 Should I Be Aiming For A High Rep Count?

The frequency and volume of your training are important, so don’t become too obsessed with achieving higher reps. Ideally, your workout should mainly consist of sets in the four to six or five to seven range. These reps should be performed at between 80 and 85% of your one rep maximum. Remember: You will not achieve a bigger, stronger back by super setting or going overboard doing multiple sets of high reps.
